Temporary Suspension of Mineral Testing Laboratory Services

We wish to inform our valued customers and the general public that, commencing from Monday, February 19th, our MINERAL TESTING LABORATORY SERVICES (Geo-analytical services) will be temporarily suspended until May 10th, 2024.
This temporary suspension is imperative as we embark on extensive renovation and remodelling of our Geolab facility to elevate its operational standards in alignment with our pursuit of ISO 17025 Accreditation. This renovation marks a significant milestone in our journey towards achieving this accreditation, ensuring enhanced service delivery for our esteemed clientele.
We extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, and we assure you that this decision is motivated solely by our commitment to delivering an improved quality of service.
Throughout this interim period, our dedicated team will be diligently working to upgrade our laboratory, integrating the latest technologies and refining methodologies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
We will keep you abreast of the progress of this project, ensuring transparent communication every step of the way.
Please note that all other laboratory services, including water quality analysis, air quality monitoring, Effluent monitoring, soil and sediments analysis, along with other environmental services, remain unaffected. Only the geo-analytical services (mineral testing services) will be temporarily suspended.
